1. The service
RipeDesk provides business management software for salons, spas and aesthetic clinics. Your available modules, branches, user allowances, fees and support arrangements are agreed during onboarding. A demo request does not create an active subscription or a payment obligation.
2. Onboarding and payment
Initial onboarding is handled directly with the business. Account activation follows confirmation of the setup and agreed payment arrangements. Any trial, subscription period, renewal, cancellation or refund conditions should be confirmed in writing before activation. Additional features or capacity may require a change to your agreed plan.
Do not enter payment card details in the public demo or contact form.
3. Accounts and access
You must be authorised to act for the business whose workspace you access. Provide accurate details, keep credentials private and assign access only to authorised users. Business owners are responsible for reviewing user roles, branch access and account status, especially when staff join or leave.
4. Business information and responsibilities
Your business retains responsibility for the information it enters, the permissions needed to process it, and the services it provides. Check invoices, tax configuration, discounts, commissions, stock records and reports before relying on them for business decisions or submissions.
RipeDesk supports operational management. It does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal or medical judgment, and it does not determine whether your business has met its regulatory obligations.
5. Acceptable use
Use RipeDesk for lawful and authorised business purposes. Do not attempt to access another business’s records, bypass access controls, misuse credentials, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content or use messaging integrations for unsolicited or prohibited communications.
6. Connected services and WhatsApp
Third-party services are subject to their own terms, availability and charges. WhatsApp features require a configured connection and the applicable Meta approvals, templates and recipient permissions. Meta usage charges are separate from RipeDesk plan fees unless expressly agreed otherwise. RipeDesk cannot guarantee third-party approval, uninterrupted delivery or continued availability.
7. Availability and support
The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages or technical faults. Report issues through the contact page and retain copies of important exported records appropriate to your business needs. Any specific service levels or support commitments must be agreed separately.
8. Ending use and handling data
Contact us to discuss cancellation, data access or closing a workspace. We may restrict access where needed to address unauthorised use, a security incident or a material breach of the agreed service terms. Data requests are handled according to the Privacy Policy and deletion instructions, including relevant retention requirements.
9. Updates and questions
These terms may be updated as the service develops. Any commercial agreement with your business should identify the applicable plan and conditions. If anything is unclear, contact RipeDesk before activating or continuing with the service.
